At the southeastern end of Thassos lies Aliki, home to two of the most popular and stunning beaches on the island.
The two bays in Aliki serve as natural anchorages for small fishing boats and tourist boats. Visitors can enjoy activities like canoeing and hiking on the path around Aliki, with the opportunity to explore the archaeological site in the area.
The southern beach in Aliki is well-organized and stretches along its entire length, offering sandy shores both inside and outside the shoreline. This vibrant area is filled with taverns and ouzeries serving delicious food, creating a lively atmosphere for visitors. On the other hand, the northern beach is less crowded and organized in a single part, featuring a mix of sand and pebbles at the entrance to the turquoise waters.
